Nathan Balagopal is the president of Domino Technologies, Inc. His role is to set the strategic direction for the organization and to continuously look over the horizon for the new technology solutions that will meet ever-evolving customer needs. Building strong professional teams, creating strategic business partnerships with clients and candidates alike, he focuses on getting his team to create sustainable value for all stakeholders.

He has over 29 years of experience in designing and building Information Technology solutions for large commercial and government customers. As an IT consultant, Mr. Balagopal has played a primary role in architecture, designing, and developing web application solutions for several customers in Commercial and Public sector past 19 years.  With an in-depth understanding of processes and expectations, Mr. Balagopal has worked closely with managers, staff, and subject matter experts at PennDOT. 

Mr. Balagopal received his MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas and is also a certified technology specialist on TOGAF, IBM and Oracle software. Mr. Balagopal actively volunteers in the local community and supports several non-profits including Cumberland County Library System Foundation.

With over 21 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Desa oversees all aspects of our HR Department. She draws her expertise from years of HR Management, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Training & Development.

Jason is a Senior member of our recruiting team and has a strong commitment and a proven record of both client and candidate satisfaction. He strives to build long-lasting relationships with both the candidates and clients by listening, understanding and addressing their needs. 

Jason came to Domino Technologies in February of 2018 after retiring from the USAF where he spent the last eleven years of his military career in Recruiting and as a Recruiting and Retention Manager for the Pennsylvania Air National Guard.  In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and being outdoors anywhere from the mountains to the beach.

Roy has over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology field. Roy joined Domino Technologies in 2007 and is responsible for account management and client/employee relations. Roy’s focus has been building a strong Company reputation and recruiting a team to service Domino’s growth. Roy’s vast experience within the IT industry includes expertise in recruiting, account management, mentoring, and business development.

Roy enjoys numerous outdoor activities, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Sudheer Vemula is an IT consulting specialist  with over 20 yrs of industry experience, 14 yrs of experience as Resource Manager, Account Manager, developing strategies around the Public sector IT practice that have enabled their enterprises to grow and adapt to changing market conditions. In prior management roles, developed the work-flow process, streamlined the off-shore facilities, managed mid-size IT projects, strategic consulting and founder of VarenTax.com, a financial / accounting outsource firm.

He holds Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical) and BNCOE Alumni. Worked with MGL Americas (formerly known as Mason Global) from 1997 to 2012 at various levels until the company dissolved it’s operations and worked as independent consultant till joining the Domino Technologies in July 2018.
