• Design/Develop: Identify requirements, design application systems, test, train, and implement the applications and provide post-implementation warranty.
• Application Management: Support, enhance, operate, resolve incidents/problems, and provide consultation to the business to answer questions, train, or recommend
• Portfolio Assessments: Analyze and document the existing portfolio of applications, summarize supported business processes, identify technical/business risks or gaps (e.g. obsolete technology), and recommend short and long term Application Portfolio changes.
• Optimization/Migration/Retirement: Review application performance, capabilities, and risks. Identify and implement optimization strategies and (where necessary) migrate applications to newer platforms or retire the applications from production.
